Scrapping policy impact

No material risk for this use case. Petrol and CNG WagonR both follow the 15-year EOL limit. Buy in 2025, keep 10 years, sell in 2035 with 5 years of NCR legal life remaining — tradeable in the used market or transferable to another state.

Never buy diesel in NCR. 10-year hard limit is fully enforced with ANPR cameras across all NCR since April 2026. A diesel car bought today hits EOL in 2035 with zero NCR resale value.
